Anet A8 quelques questions et problèmes

Salut,

comme dis dans le titre j'ai différentes question concernant ma première imprimante 3D, la Anet A8.

Ni une ni deux je me dis que je dois souder les fils sur le heatbed directement mais comme je suis un bourrin le drame n'était pas loin...

Bon du coup j'ai commander un heatbed mk3 que je monterais sur ma nouvelle frame : Orballo Printing P3Steel (on va reparler de cette frame plus tard !).

Je voudrais pouvoir imprimer actuellement mais lorsque j'ai débrancher le plateau l'imprimante n'a plus voulu afficher aucune température. (ex : def / 195°, def / 0°)

Je pense qu'il faut dire au firmware qu'il oublie le plateau chauffant mais ou trouver le firmware éditable ? Ou éditer ?

J'ai pleins d'autres questions mais il se fais tard et le problème du jour est là !

quand tu soude a l'étain il faut étamé ton fil avant puis faire un tout petit étamage sur ton plateau après tu peut soudé ton fil dessus et SUR TOUT NE PAS SOUFFLER SUR UNE SOUDURE CHAUDE

si tu est patient tu peut réparé ton plateau

pour trouvé dans le firmware tu vas dans le marlin configuration H et dans la liste tu trouvera pour activé ou désactivé ton plateau

Salut, j'ai essayer de ressouder mais impossible, la plaque est en alu !
Il doivent coller la soudure avec une pate particulière j'imagine.
Pour le firmware il s'agit du firmware repetier il me semble.
J'entends beaucoup parler de configuration.h mais dans Arduino je n'ai pas accès au code actuellement sur la carte.
J'ai par contre un .hex de mon firmware mais non éditable...

Je te remercie Jacky j'ai pu explorer quelques pistes grâce a ton aide.

J'ai installer le firmware Marlin 1.1.8 sur ma Anet.

J'ai réussi a désactiver le heatbed. J'ai eu un petit problème de home leveling puisque mon capteur ROKO n'était pas au dessus du lit mais résolu a priori, si ce n'ai que il fais le home leveling avec le capteur au centre et non la buse. J'ignore si c'est voulu comme ça par Marlin.

J'ai un problème avec un moteur toute fois qui fais un bruit comme si il étais sur alimenté depuis le changement de firmware.

a 0"06 on entend bien le bruit.

Je fais tourner l’extrudeur et je check si le moteur du plateau (Y) bouge ?

désoler j'ai dut mal m’expliquè

tu prend le câble du moteur de l'extrudeur et tu le branche sur le moteur du plateau et tu le pilote avec ton pc avec la commande de l'extrudeur et tu n'oublie pas d'enlever la courroie du moteur plateau le temps du test

Ah ! euh je peux essayer si tu pense qu'il y a un intérêt mais en fait le moteur fais ce bruit lorsqu'il n'ai pas en mouvement et il fais plus ou moins ce bruit en fonction de ou il est comme si on endenté la fréquence qui lui est envoyer.

Je fais quand même la manip pour être sûr ?

Non je n'ai pas toucher a la cm, le seul changement est la FW Marlin.

Je n'ai pas toucher aux configs moteurs / vitesse ect...
