le montage est enfin fini😃🤔enfin reste encore la porte à fabriqué

le montage à pris un peu plus de temps que prévu 😢

J'ai fais le montage d'un petit "PCB" maison pour la connexion des différents organes de la tête (câblage pour le futur 3dtouch compris)IMG_1893.thumb.JPG.5faad58084a04b7157ee4757a8a4b5af.JPG

je viens de mettre en marche 😅

Rien ne brûle 😉

Tous a l'air de fonctionné ,la connexion entre l'imprimante et le pc est ok😀

j'arrive à commandé les différents organes à partir de l'écran tactile et de repetier host sur le pc 😉

le seul problème est sur l'axe Z,aussi bien via l'écran que via repetier,quand je demande de monté le plateau descend et quand je demande de descendre il monte😧☹️

Je me dis se n'est rien🤔

😎Lance le programme arduino et trifouille pour voir si il n'y a pas quelque chose à changer pour inverser le Z

Je lance le programme marlin arduino1.8.5  et la j'ai la bonne idée de faire"vérifier/compiler le truc se passe,je comprends pas trop se qu'il arrive🤔☹️😧

Je continue les recherches sans satisfaction pour trouvé cette histoire de z inversé 

et la ,j'ai la bonne idée de cliqué sur" téléverser",il se passe un truc,j'attend que se soit fini,😉

je comprends toujours pas plus, ce qui vient de se passé 😕

Je décide de fermer arduino,repetier,je déconnecte USB qui relie le pc à la carte mère,j' éteint l'imprimante ☹️

Je ralume l'imprimante ,rien a changer,super😃

Je vais dans le menu ,j'essaie le plateau chauffant ,plus rien ,pas moyen de faire chauffer le plateau😕

L'extrudeur pareil ,NADA 😢plus rien pas moyen de le faire chauffer🙁

Je me rend dans "move axe"

test l'axe X :ne vas plus que dans un sens ,

test l'axe Y Pareil,

test l'axe Z Pareil ,là descente ne fonctionne pas

le mouvement pour monter est dans le bon sens ,🙂

mais la monter supposé de un mm s'est transformé à la monter du plateau à une vitesse folle ,

qui est venue se crashé dans l'extrudeur ☹️🤕

Vive l'arrêt d'urgence dans ce cas,merci à lui👍

J'ai bon retourné la "doc" fournie avec la machine pour essayer de remettre les paramètres d'usine mais je ne trouve pas

J'avoue que je suis un peu perdu😩

Je s'avais que j'allais faire une bourde😤

Je crois que j'ai compris ma bourde😊Je n'ai pas pris la bonne version de marlin😜

Je vous dit quoi demain dès que j'ai des nouvelles 

la il est trop tard pour retourné dans la cave pour faire un nouvel essai

Tous est rentré dans l'ordre,redémarrage comme à l'origine

j'avais pris une mauvaise version de marlin

les commande de l'axe Z son toujours inversé 

les end stop non pas l'air de fonctionné j'essaye de trouver une solution 

j'ai entre aperçu dans marlin la possibilité de sélectionner "core XY(bonne idée ??)

j'ai un peu du mal avec l'environnement marlin ,arduino et repetier qui son nouveau pour moi

plus facile la mécanique et la menuiserie pour moi😩

je continue mes recherches pour trouvé des infos pour faire avancer le "smilblique"

je suis preneur pour toutes infos,tuto ou autre pour comprendre un peu les subtilités de ces nouveaux logiciels

en fouillant les entrailles du forum(tuto,liens,ect...)

Je vais passé cette après midi pour approfondir

Lance toi un défi ,le plus dur dans la réalisation d'un travail ou d'un projet est de croire que l'on y arrivera pas,(la force est en toi)

prend le temps de réfléchir à ton projet fini,croquis,plan ect...

ne sois pas trop impatient,laisse le temps aux temps😜

tu m'aurais dit il y a un peu moins d'un an que j'allais monter une imprimante 3d je t'aurais pris pour un "fou"

Pas de problème pour moi pour la conception ,montage,mécanique,menuiserie ,électricité ,soudage,ect....

mais aucune connaissance en programmation Arduino,marlin,freecad,cura ,vocabulaire et Personne dans mon entourage pour m'aider 😭

dit toi que tout s'apprend,la preuve en est j'y suis arrivé 😉

Bon d'accord j'ai une petite frustration 😉qu'elle ne tourne pas encore mais ça vas venir,

je dois finir de comprendre et d'appendre tous c'est fameux logiciel qui me donne mal au crâne 

je profite pour vous montré quelque option supplémentaire.

Bl touch,3Dtouch,copie ,clone ou que sais-je ,moins de 20€ je crois que ça fera le job👍

Encore du boulot supplémentaires encore un support en alu de plus😂

voila montage du 3d touch de chez geeektech

Décalage entre la buse et la pointe du 3D Touch sur l'axe X:25mm et sur Y:3mm et sur Z: je sais pas trop🤔

J'ai lu je sais où(complètement perdu à force de chercher des infos)

que le dessus du 3dtouch devais être à 44.6mm par rapport à la buse,chez moi 44.2mm🤔corriger moi si il y a erreur SVP

j'ai effectué le branchement comme indiqué dans le pdf de chez Geeektech http://www.geeetech.com/Documents/3DTouch auto leveling sensor User Manual.pdf

Le connecteur 2 fils pour moi rouge et blanc à l'origine noir et blanc , sur le -Z

le connecteur 3 fils le bleu(+5V),le noir(Gnd),orange(signal),sur le +Z,

essayer de configurer marlin et configuration.h mais il me manque des lignes dans le Marlin d'origine fournis

J'ai bon faire des comparaisons avec d'autre configuration .h et ajuster ,essayer d'autre marlin

et de mettre les valeurs fournie par celui d'origine 

lorsque je vérifie avant de mettre à jour il y a un tas d'erreurs 

j'ai bon lire et relire pour essayer de comprendre la documentation fournie👎ET les supers tuto de @Chris V. , @Gazton 🤗

Ça ne fonctionne pas,j'avoue que je suis perdu😩

Ps: ça n'a jamais fonctionné n'y avec les fins de course d'origine n'y avec l'autolevel d'origine😡😤

juste réussit à déplacer les axes avec l'écran de contrôle et repetier host (dans le bon sens ,problème résolu)

commander les différents Tº plateau et extrudeur,

vérifier l'état des  fins de course avec la commande m119, ils ont l'aire de fonctionné correctement 

mais lorsque je demande de faire un home ou home x,y,ou z,c'est le crash🤕😭(faudra une nouvelle buse quand ça vas fonctionner🤗)

Il y a aussi un souci au niveaux du wifi, d'après le manuel je doit flasher le firmware de l'écran pour le configurer 

dans mks config.txt mais comment faire,j'ai bien compris le truc avec la carte SD et après redémarrer pour mettre à jour le firmware comment récupérer celui qui est dans l'écran, pour le modifier? 🤔

Je crois que c'est déjà pas mal comme problème,pour commencer restera l'extrudeur

j'imagine si jamais monter la tête cyclope ou le dual extrudeur 😱

toujours dans la même galère 😭

Je n'y comprend rien,après avoir essayé plusieurs version de marlin

je viens de remettre le firmware d'origne sans rien changer 

Juste supprimer les // devant bltouch je n'ai pas enlever les //à "bltouch delay 350"

donc quand je demande de descendre le plateau  il monte et inversement 

brancher les 3 fils du 3D Touch sur servo 1sur la carte mère et les 2 fils sur -Z

qui je crois est le bon branchement pour la carte

dans repetier host il y a un truc bizar au démarrage une fois sur deux une fenêtre avec un code d'erreur 999 à propos du 3dtouch

Au démarrage le 3 d touch fais bien un test , il reste allumé après avec la pointe rentrer normal ou pas ??

En test j'arrive à exécuter les commande M280 p0 s10 pointe sortie la Led est éteint ,M280 p0 s90 pour rentrer la pointe la Led allumé M280 p0 s120 pour  test,la pointe monte et descend sans arrêter la Led clignote ,M280 p0 s160 pour realse alarme ,la bizarrement des fois la pointe reste sortie et des fois la pointe est rentrer

dans repitier host

quand je demande un home X : le plateau descend de plus ou moins 1 cm et le chariot X se déplace contre le fin de course puis se re décale de quelque mm vers la droit(jusque là je crois que tous est normal pour l'axe X

quand je demande un home Y:encore une fois le plateau descend de plus ou moins 1cm et le chariot se déplace contre le fin de course mais le problème est que ça ne s'arrête pas crash du chariot y et obligation de faire un arrêt d'urgence

toujours à propos de cette axe y impossible de le déplacer dans les deux sens via repetier host que je fasse +10mmou -10mm le chariot vas dans le même sens(la je suis déjà perdu)

quand je demande un home Z il ne se passe rien

je démarre la machine toujours avec les chariot contre les fin de course donc état fermer je vérifie l'état des fins de course avec la commande M119

X,Y son toujours  Fermer 

Pour se qui est de l'axe Z je place le plateau à plus ou moin 1mm de la buse (je n'ai pas encore régler pour l'impression car je dois changer la buse à cause dès crash répéter)le statut fin course Z est bizarrement ouvert ou fermé d'un redémarrage à l'autre

les déplacement via l'écran de contrôle ne fonctionne plus

je sais plus quoi faire ´je me rend compte que je suis incompétent au niveaux de marlin et repetier

j'ai bon lire et me documenté trop souvent en anglais qui est pour moi aussi du chinois😂hélas je n'arrive pas à grand chose je dirais même à rien 

un conseil,une idée,un lien ou tous autre chose serait  le bien venu

Alors pour ce qui est du sens de tes moteurs en Z, tu peux changer le sens en modifiant :
#define INVERT_Z_DIR true par #define INVERT_Z_DIR false

Concernant ton problème de end-stop Y, je pense que tu as du le brancher sur le end-stop Max au lieu du MIN.

Par contre pour ce qui est du BL-Touch là je ne m'y connais pas du tout. dsl

pour l'axe Z je connaissais à part que je ne suis sur qui fasse les inverser vue que l'imprimante n'est pas une "vrai core xy"

Le problème quand fais un home x si les moteur son dans le bon sens le plateau viens s'écraser dans la buse

tandis quand étant inverser quand je demande home x le plateau descend de +ou- 10 mm et le x vas à home gentiment 

pour le end stop y il est bien connecter sur y min,c'est là que c'est bizarre lorsque je demande un home y crach dans le endstop et obligation de faire un arrêt d'urgence

quand home z demander,il ne se pas  rien 

c'est là que j'aimerais pouvoir avoir une configuration marlin qui fonctionne avec le 3dtouch pour pouvoir écarté le probleme de la carte mère et être sur que c'est à cause de marlin que ça Bug et non faute de la carte

je Continue les recherche et les modifications pour pouvoir faire tourné la machine

toutes les idées sont bonnes n'hésitez pas à m'en faire part

Bon j'y suis Marlin d'origine juste tirer les // devant Bltouch 
J,ai compris ma boulette

le seul truc que je n' avait pas vérifié c'était les connexions des fins de course XY

que j'avais pourtant marqué pour être sur de ne pas les inverser !😡😡😡🤗😂
J'arrive enfin à faire un home X Y sans avoir à faire d'arrêt d'urgence ,magnifique 😂👍
Pour se qui est du Z c'est en bonne voie encore à corriger mais plus de crash
Enfin un espoir de sortir du filament !!

voila le 1er print ne devrait plus tarder (je crois que j' ai déjà entendu ça quelque part )😂

le plateau est équipé d'un verre de 3mmet régler (z offset) reste à le peaufiné ,

le 3 d Touch à l'air de fonctionné G28puis G29 tous semble ok

le réglage pour le débit de filament aussi,restera les 3axes, on verra après l'impression du cube

Reste à configurer un Gcode de debut et fin de print (travail de cette après midi😉)

Bonjour

petit retour sur la machine après presque 1 mois de print en tous genre

pas de problème majeur, tous tiens le coup!😉

Un peu galère pour le réglage de la première couche,mais là je tiens le bon bout 😃

Impression sur verre dépoli aux papier 600 à l'eau (je me suis fais un jeu de 3,pas le temps d'attendre le refroidissement 😂😂)

l'accroche est parfaite temps que le plateau est chaud,(60°)une fois refroidit la pièce se décolle toute seul

je n'ai pas encore testé l'ABS ,faute de cette satanée porte qui n'est toujours pas faite🤔

Surveillance à l'aide d'un ancien smartphone et l'application AtHome & AtServer ,

fonctionne sur iOS & androi ,c'est gratuit  simple et efficace !👍

Bonjour je ai acheté et monté la flsun cube. Cependant l axe X ne fonctionne pas on dirait qu il ne y a pas d électricité qui arrive. J' ai essayé plusieurs cordon d alimentation et rien .... J' ai mis environ 6 heures pour la monter. Désolé suis débutant

Qui peut me dire pourquoi ça ne fonctionne pas. Branché sur le plot rouge comme indiqué

dans mon cas je te conseille de le faire Via Repetier 

Ne te prend pas la tête avec les commandes écrans les miennes ne sont pas juste aux niveaux des déplacements 

surment possibilités de changer dans le firmware de l'écran mais j'ai pas encore pris la peine 🤗

je m'explique,quand tu fais +Z le plateau descend et inversement.Normal! Le cube n'est pas un vrai core XY😭

J'ai esseyer de l'inverser dans Marlin mais à chaque fois c'est le crash

pour l' axe Y via l'écran le +&- sont logiques 

pour l'axe X via l'écran problème aussi le + indique déplacement vers la gauche mais la tête vas vers la droite.

Normal le home XY ,dit point 0 se situe à l'avant  gauche du cube donc + déplacements vers la droite 

pour les déplacements dans les réglages de Repetier j'ai juste coché ✅inverser axe Z

Pour ton axe X qui ne fonctionne pas il serait bon de faire quelque test pour savoir d'où vient le problème 

moteur,driver,câblage,fin de course,ou carte mère 😰

- Test le moteur sur l'axe Y par exemple pour voir si le moteur tourne

- Vérifie le driver X ,éventuellement change le ,normalement il y en a un fourni en réserve,

- vérifie également le Vref, du driver, pour moi il est de +\- 0.9V .

reste a peaufiné pour trouvé le bon compromis en fonction de la mécanique de ta machine,

vas  voir le tuto sur le réglage si tu ne l'a pas encore fait 

le câblage tu la déjà fais 

verifie l'état des fin de course avec la commande M119 dans RepetierHost voir si il fonctionne correctement (doc Repetier carte SD )

Carte mère j'ai un doute sur le fait qu'elle soit HS,

Normalement Tu sauras déterminer d'où vient le problème

Pic jusqu'à 32A 😱Vérifier avec un multimètre (les voltmètres ampèremètre chinois ne sont pas loin de la vérité 😉)

Une alimentation ATX de récupération pour la carte mère , fera l'affaire 

aux niveaux de l'assemblage 

 re,re ,re contrôle l'assemblage de ta structure ,équerrages parfait vérifier avec les diagonales,ne pas se fié aux longueur des profilés 

les barres lisses,pareil équerrage et parallélisme parfait! on s'aide toujours en mesurant les diagonales 

veille à se que tous les axes se déplacent à la main sans avoir de point dur à certaine place

en gros les 6h de montage 🤔est le temps que j'ai mis pour peaufine les réglages de la structure,

rigueur et patience ,imagine que ta machine vas servir pour la NASA,pas le droit de l'approximation !

Un des gros défaut du cube est la rigidité surtout n'hésite pas à renforcer la structure ,tu comprendras vite pourquoi !

il ne faut pas grand chose pour que la machine veulent sortir par la fenêtre !

j'ai choisi cette machine en connaissance de cause pour le matos fournis !

je s'avais très bien que full origine c'était impossible de faire un montage qui tient la route!!

pas de rigidité mécanique suffisante,pas de "vrai"ventilation prévue,alimentation insuffisante,longueur des différents câbles inadapté,......

je ne regrette pas,je suis même convaincu que le kit est un bon compromis pour débuter

à condition de bien vouloir mettre les mains dans le cambouis 😉

Un super challenge !

il reste encore du Matos à mettre dessus pour la "terminé" 😂😂

voila j' espère que j'ai pu t'aider ,j'espère que d'autre interviendront 

je reste à ta disposition

Bonjour,

ayant profité de m'acheter une imprimante 3D pendant les promos du 11.11, je viens de finir le montage de ma FLSUN F2, hier, et je me heurte aussi à un problème de l'axe Z

comme DAX, sur le reptier, je donne l'ordre de monter, le plateau descend, j'ai suivi les indications de ce post, et j'ai inversé donc dans les paramètres l'axe Z, les commandes répondent bien, dans le sens demandé, par contre, je n'arrive pas à règler le leveling, a chaque fois le plateau descend, mais ne remonte jamais en position assez proche, résultat tout ce qui sort c'est du filament qui me fait des jolies fils de PLA  !!!! j'ai passé la soirée dessus à m'acharner dessus, mais rien n'y fait, je galère. si quelqu'un peu me donner un petit conseil je suis preneur merci
