Problème chute température geeetech a20

Bonjour,

Je viens vous demander conseil car j'ai un problème de température sur ma geeetech a20. Lorsque j'imprime, la température fluctue, elle reste à 195 en règle générale mais parfois elle descend vers 150° quelques secondes puis remonte. Parfois même 70°. Du coup au bout d'un moment l'impression s'arrête et l'imprimante m'affiche un message d'erreur. J'ai déjà changé la tête d'impression et j'ai vérifié que tout était correctement branché, notamment la sonde de temperature.

Je dois également vous préciser que je n'ai cette imprimante que depuis quelques jours. Au début tout allait bien mais j'ai voulu upgrader le marlin alors que je n'y connaissais rien... du coup j'ai tout supprimer le firmware ( oui oui la grosse boulette) et j'ai galéré à retrouver la version qui était installé de base (1.1.8). Je ne sais pas si ça a un quelconque rapport mais je tenais à le préciser, j'avais peur que le configuration.h ai des problèmes.

Quand tu as change le firmware as-tu refait un calibrage du PID?

PID tuning

Ton hotend est-il equipe d'une chaussette en silicone? Parfois le ventilo pour refroidir la buse fait chuter la temperature du hotend.

Bonjour,

Je n'avais pas fait de recalibrage du PID. Je l'ai donc fait. 

Je n'ai pas de chaussette en silicone.

J'ai ensuite essayé de refaire une impression et toujours le même problème. J'ai relevé quelques températures dont je vous met la liste ici :

213 - 211 - 184 - 209 - 97 - 188 - 190 - 206 - 204 - 203 - 132 - 79 - 109 - 197 - 94 - 199 - 201 - 137 - 202 - 199 - 190 - 104 - 187 - 125 - 88 - 71 - 135 - 94 - 130 - 54 - 63 - 188 -210.......

Et au bout d'un moment cette erreur : Err : Mintemp   Printer Halted    please reset

Je joint une image de repetier lors de l'impression.

Tu as bien regle la sonde de temperature dans le firmware?

Tu dis avoir change la tete mis verifie si en bidouillant le fil de la sonde tu ne vois pas la temperature fluctuer.

Je t'avoue que je ne sais pas régler la sonde de temperature dans le firmware. Pour ce qui est du test je le ferai des que j'aurai le temps.

En tout cas merci de m'aider et de répondre aussi rapidement.

Jusqu'a present j'ai toujours eu la sonde type 1, en tout cas ca a tjs fontionne chez moi.

Tu as essaye de faire le PID avec le fan en marche? Le fan peut perturber le hotend si le flux est mal dirige mais tu as de tel fluctuations que je penche plus pour un faux contact ou une mauvaise sonde de declaree.

C'est du commentaire qui n'est pris en compte pour la compilation. Peux-tu donnes des infos sur la tete d'impression que tu as change?

Je viens de me rendre compte que je me suis mal exprimé, c'est uniquement le nozzle que j'ai changé, du coup je ne pense pas que ça ai quoi que soit à voir avec mon problème.

Non le commentaire c'est normal. Je pense que le plus simple est de changer la sonde de temperature, tu l'as peut etre endommagee en bricolant la buse.

De toute facon c'est du consommable.

Tu peux en trouver sur les sites marchant en cherchant "100K thermistor"

Bonjour,

 

Finalement je n'ai pas eu besoin de commander la sonde. Après avoir tout démonté pour savoir quel composant commander exactement, j'ai tout remonté et lancé une impression pour être sur et la plus aucun problème. Après une semaine le problème n'est pas réapparu. Surement un fil de coincé ou autre, je ne sais pas. Ne me reste plus qu'a régler les axes car les écarts de cotes sont plutôt importantes (Ø75.3 pour 76 demandé) et mes impressions seront niquel.
