Connection Dagoma DiscoEasy200 to PC

Hi. I have a 3D printer Dagoma DiscoEasy 200. I assembled properly and the machine is working with some slight problems in the Z axis and the temperature. I also installed the Cura software for DagomaE200.

the main problem is with the PC driver. i'm trying to connect it to the PC and using Dagom'App but it is not connecting and displaying this message:

Can anyone help me with that?

Hello,

Check with another USB cable.

When you plug the USB cable you should see a COMx port in the proper list (device manager).

Please tell us which Windows version you are using.
