I looked at the picture you provided, it may be that the hot end is damaged or the hot end port of the motherboard is damaged.
You can try to open the bottom cover of the printer (this will not affect the warranty period), turn on the printer and click "Preheat PLA" on the display.
Then use a multimeter to measure whether the hot end port of the main board has a 12V voltage output or not.
1. If the hot end port of the main board has a 12V voltage output, it proves that the main board is intact. I can apply for a new hot end for you during the warranty period.
2. If there is no 12V voltage output at the hot end port of the motherboard, it proves that the motherboard is damaged. I can apply for a new motherboard for you during the warranty period.

Alors du coup, je ne voudrais pas faire de connerie, mais si je comprends bien il me demande de:
-retirer le capot inférieur
-allumer l'imprimante et de faire préchauffe PLA
-et de mesurer au multimètre la sortie de la carte mère? Au point chaud c'est ça? Mais où est situé ce fameux point chaud? je ne voudrais pas faire un court circuit en faisant la manip....
