heyy reed there are a Few Things you can check 1- retraction settings make sour you do not retract more than 5 mm 2- sour PTFE make the pipe is inserted wel al the way in to the heatbreak 3- check the diameter of the filament you use 4- try Lowering the flowrate (when i had this problem This Was the fix) 5- make sure your printing speed is not to fast I hope you can fix the problem soon
