Salut a tous,

Voila, comme dit dans la présentation, j'ai construit une prusa rework avec un châssis en bois, hotend all in one. La plupart des pièces viennent direct de Chine (env 15 jours)

J'ai commencé quelque tests d'impression, cylindre et grenouille, et le résultat est pas trop mal. J'ai cependant eu quelques souci avec le pla 1.75mm, celui ci bouche la buse au bout de 10mn env. et foire l'impression, ce que je n'ai pas avec l'abs!!

température de pla 190°

température de l'abs 230°

quand j'imprime en abs je ne peux monter le bed a plus de 90° et extruder a 230°, si je dépasse, l'impression ne démarre pas et les temp on du mal a monter.

J'ai également eu un effet de miroir avec le endstop X a droite, j'ai trouvé une solution mais maintenant quand je manœuvre x en manuel, les commandes sont inversées -x a l'opposé du endstop et +x vers le endstop homing. Y a t'il une solution a ca?

voila...j'ai d'autres galères, mais déjà ca et on verra après!

Pour ton problème de buse qui se bouche il faut voir cela avec "fourmi", le concepteur de la All in one.

Quand à tes autres problèmes ils viennent simplement de ton Firmware qui est mal configuré (et peut être aussi la conséquence de ta buse qui se bouche à cause d'une mauvaise sélection de la thermistance)

Je pense effectivement qu'il y a encore des modifs a faire dessus, mais la je galère pas mal!

j'ai également mon écran lcd full graphic qui ne veux pas fonctionner, il fait des bips régulier et pour finir un biiiiiiiiip continu!! un médecin m'a dit que c'était pas bon !! :D

Je posterais des photos et Firmware plus tard avec l'autre pc

Je ne sais pas quelle solution tu as appliquée pour l'effet mirroir, mais si ton end stop X est toujours à droite, tu devrais avoir quelque chose comme ceci dans ton Marlin

Concernant la buse qui se bouche après un certain temps, j'ai un PLA rouge qui me fait ce genre de blague et je ne sais toujours pas pourquoi :shock:

Dans ton cas en particulier, vérifie que la partie froide de ta hot end est bien refroidie et ce, en continu depuis le démarrage de ta bécane. Le PLA se ramoli très rapidement et peu "se plier/tasser" et ainsi se coincer. Je ne connais pas en particulier la AIO mais vérifie aussi que tu n'es pas configuré en 3 mm pour les mêmes raisons (trop de jeu -->le fil se plie et bloque)

la partie froide est bien refroidi, j'aimeme ajouté un autre ventilo pour voir mais pareil, et je suis bien configuré en 1,75

regarde sous Repetier, dans les paramètres imprimante si tu n'as pas un axe inversé (dernière ligne du bas). Le cas échéant, inverse le pour voir si ça résout ton pb.

Hello,

J'avais bien dans repetier l'axe X inversé, j'ai décoché la case et j'ai fais un essai manuel, toujours pareil X- a l'inverse du endstop et X+ vers le endstop. Quand je fais homing il va bien vers le endstop.

En fait que je coche ou non l'axe X j'ai l'impression que ca ne change rien.

Tu as un bouton "spoiler" quand tu écris un message.

Bon... je crois que tu devrais commencer par prendre un Marlin Lambda de Prusa et non un Marlin de Delta ;)
