SKR V1.3 32bits - Configuration de Smoothieware

Salut la compagnie !

Ma prochaine carte électronique, une 32 bits est commandé... je vais donc avoir besoin de vos lumières.
J'ai commencé à "manipuler" un fichier "myconfig" pour Smoothieware.
Je rappel que mes connaissances en programmation et électronique sont très limités, alors je vous remercie pour votre patience envers moi d'avance.
N'hésitez pas à me corriger si je me trompe sur un point.

Bref... j'ai créer un fichier "myconfig.txt" (via Notepad++) et j'y ai collé le contenu du fichier "config" que l'on trouve en téléchargeant le "zip" de "Smoothieware-edge", et j'ai créé en ligne 1 du fichier "config" une commande "inclure myconfig".

Rappel : C'est pour une CR-10(S), sans détecteur de fin de filament, avec double axe Z, double extrusion, moteurs Hanpose 17HS8401 et... Pas de BL-Touch.

Si vous avez des suggestions sur des modifications à faire... n'hésitez pas.

Côté Hardware, Carte électronique :
J'hésite encore un peu sur la méthode... car j'ai commandé dans le kit des TMC2208... et j'hésite si il faut faire une installation "STEP/DIR Mode" ou "UART-Mode"... la différence réside sur la position des cavaliers à installer :

Mais je verrais cela une fois la carte en ma possession...

As tu un schéma de cette carte avec les numéro de pins ? ça aiderai pour la configurer dans ce fichier

Il me semble avoir vu dans l'autre post que ta carte a déjà un firmware chargé, donc je pense qu'elle a une carte SD avec un fichier config (ou qu'il est fourni), bien faire un double de ce fichier (on ne sait jamais) car là on pourra voir les différents pins utilisés

edit je viens de le trouver ça pourra servir 😉

Il me semble avoir vu dans l'autre post que ta carte a déjà un firmware chargé, donc je pense qu'elle a une carte SD avec un fichier config (ou qu'il est fourni), bien faire un double de ce fichier (on ne sait jamais) car là on pourra voir les différents pins utilisés

Oui... c'est bien ce schéma... j'en avais déjà fait une copie sur mon PC.

Alors... oui... normalement une micro SD est fourni avec la carte... cependant, j'en ai acheté une 2e par sécurité (d'après les retours sur les réseaux sociaux, la carte fourni est pas top top, et les premiers ayant reçu la carte ont vite changé la carte micro SD fourni par une nouvelle).
Et... oui je pensais éventuellement plus prudent de faire une copie du contenu de la carte fourni.

Pareil... j'ai beau chercher des infos... je trouve rien... je ne comprend pas non plus la différence entre ces 2 modes... 😁
n'ayant pas encore la carte en main, je peut pas essayer de voir la différence... 😑

Bonjour,

la difference entre uart/step-dir est principalement :

  • en step/dir , c'est la position des cavalier MS1/2/3 qui determinera le pas des drivers ( en general 16 microsteps quand MS1/2/3 sont pontés ), le reste des parametres sera géré par la programmation du driver , c'est aussi le mode que l'on appelle "standalone". Tu mets en place le driver et c'est fini.
  • En uart , les drivers seront controlés logiciellement , tu pourras regler l'intensité , le mode stealchop , et plein d'autres choses via des commandes Gcode donc oui , il vaut mieux utiliser ce mode , surtout avec ce type de carte ou ca se fait avec des jumpers .

  1. J'étais dans le noir complet et je comprenais pas la différence, et ton explication claire et précise me renseigne parfaitement.
  2. Je me coucherais moins bête ce soir. 😁
  3. Je préviligierais en "Step/Dir", car non seulement plus simple, mais j'ai pas besoin d'user du fer à souder... car oui le mode UART, il est indiqué, sur la notice, d'effectuer une petite soudure sur le driver moteur TMC2208 > une chose de moins que je n'aurais pas à faire.
    Mais si tu recommande ce mode UART... je vais tout même réfléchir... et puis, une soudure c'est pas grand chose non plus.

Oui... c'est le Marlin 2.0 (générique) prévu pour la carte... je l'ai téléchargé au cas où... mais cela reste un Marlin "pour utilisateur averti".

Honnetement , j'ai une machine en 2208 et l'autre en 2130 , tu verras , ca se passe de commentaires , pas besoin de silencieux , sauf maintenant sur les ventilos et l'alim 🙂

Il indique également que ce sont des protections. J'ai déjà lu quelques part que les tmc2208 n'aimaient pas que le moteur se transforme en generatrice chose qui arrive souvent lorsque l'on bouge nos axes à la main. Peu être que ce type de module protège les 2208 de ce risque.

Exactement. La description est "erronée", ce sont des protections (driver protector) (silent step stick traduit par "silencieux"; ce sont les TMC2208 /TMC2130 qui sont en fait les pilotes pas-à-pas "silencieux" 😉) . En fait ce sont des diodes qui sont installées sur le PCB. Le seul inconvénient que je vois, c'est que ça augmente la hauteur de la carte les pilotes s’enfichent dans ces protections qui elles sont enfichées sur la carte mère.

En fait c'est aussi un avantage de surélever les drivers: plus facile à refroidir avec cet espace bien dégagé en dessous et surélevé des câbles et autres trucs qui trainent.

Ces SilentStepStick protectors sont conseillés par Waterott (fabriquant genuine des TMC2XXX),  à la base c'est un design de eux. A ne pas confondre non plus avec des Smoother qui sont aussi des diodes mais qui ne renvoient pas vers la masse et n'ont pas la même fonction.

Je le savais que les "silencieux" servaient à protéger les drivers... mais au moins vous me le confirmer.
Au moins les drivers seront protégés et surélevés, ainsi mieux refroidit par le ventilo...

PS : maintenant... c'est à la boutique de me l'envoyer... ils faudraient qu'il se bouge de ce côté là... je viens de prolonger le traitement de la commande de 15 jours...

Car il ne restait plus que 24h avant expiration du délai de traitement de la commande (après quoi j'aurais été remboursé) et que la boutique m'a prévenu qu'il aurait du retard, et que si je souhaitais la recevoir de bien vouloir patienter un peu plus., car ils auront un nouvel arrivage très prochainement.

Et voilà... Papa Noël est passé !
Houla... je disjoncte... non ce n'est pas Papa Noël sur son traineau qui est passé... mais le facteur dans sa voiture jaune qui est passé (2 fois... la première fois, il est passé sans s'arrêter... et est revenu 30 minutes plus tard).

Voilà donc la carte :

Hormis les TMC2208 (version V2.0, c'est indiqué dessus)... tout est sous scellé hermétiquement... donc je vais pas y toucher pour l'instant.

Oui ! Je le confirme... vous ne rêvez pas !
Il y a bien un petit canard !
Il est livré avec la carte... je vous dirais : Le Zimpure est livré un paquet de bonbons. La SKR V1.3, elle est livré avec un petit canard en plastique.

Les protecteurs moteurs sont également là... sous scellés... et je note qu'il est indiqué "Uniquement pour axe X Y".
J'en ai 5 (+5 autres qui me seront livrés plus tard)... tampis... j'aurais des rechanges... et/ou j'en revendrais peut-être quelques-uns à prix coûtant.
Mais j'ai un doute sur cette indication concernant "Uniquement pour axe X Y".

Il me manque qu'une chose : une imprimante ! 🤣

Je n'ai pas l'intention de monter cette carte dans l'immédiat. Je la garde en cas de soucis. J'aurais déjà une carte de rechange.

PS : là je viens de passer 4 heures à démonter le caisson de mon ancienne imprimante. J'ai remesuré 6 fois... le caisson est 1,8 fois trop grand (pour une Geetech A10 et/ou une Ender-3)... j'ai donc pris la décision de démonter mon caisson.

Tu me diras ce que toi tu as pût voir en regardant les "Pin"... mais à première vue... pour le branchement des TMC2208, c'est :

  1. Noir sur Noir
  2. Bleu sur Rouge

De toute évidence... les soudures pour UART n'ont pas été faites sur les TMC2208... tant mieux cela m'arrange.

Pour les protecteurs moteur... je peut rien voir à travers l'emballage (c'est flou)... je vérifierai avant de monter.

Fie toi plutôt aux pins sur la CM et sur le 2208 (GND et DIR), sinon demande à @Jean-Claude Garnier ce qui se passe quand on les monte à l'envers 😉 .
