Les deux bornes sont bien reportées jusqu'à la carte mère, et tiennent bien compte du switch ouvert /fermé. J'ai soudé une base de connexion sur le circuit et y ai connecté le fin de course. Donc en situation normale pour un essai Alexis Salut @pommeverte, Salut @fran6p, J'ai flasher le firmware , et suit bien passé en ET4P-fdc3. Est-ce que tu pourrais faire le test (M43 i et M119) avec le détecteur de fin de course X (ouvert et fermé)? Est-ce que la tension du signal du fin de course Z change lorsque celui-ci est ouvert et fermé?

Il faudrait donc ajouter un fil relié au 3.3V, idéalement sur la carte d'extension, sinon sur la carte-mère comme indiqué sur cette photo: Citation l'autre extrémité du fil allant sur la broche libre du détecteur. Comme tu as l'air d'avoir du matériel, si tu pouvais ajouter une résistance de 10Kohms par exemple entre le signal et le +3.3V (résistance de pull-up), ainsi qu'un condensateur de 100nF (peut-être pas nécessairement en composant CMS / surface, mais avec des pattes, au moins pour le test). Avec ton multimètre, tu pourrais peut-être vérifier que ces emplacements: Citation correspondent à ce schéma trouvé sur cette page (sans la résistance de 1Kohms et la led bien sûr): Citation Si tu n'as pas les composants, tu pourras tout de même faire le test (M43 i et M119) avec seulement le 3.3V ajouté. Est-ce que tu peux connecter le détecteur sur l'emplacement précédent (LV, celui du détecteur capacitif)? bien sûr avec seulement les fils blanc (signal) et noir (masse) raccordés. Le fil rouge reste relié au 3.3V. Pour faire les tests M43 i et M119, tu utiliseras ce firmware (infos imprimante "Anet ET4P-fdc4"): firmwareV7_fdcZ.srec

Je regarde tes modifs; Perso je suis partisan de ne pas modifier en même temps hardware et firmware, j'aime les choses simples. Une réflexion qui n'engage que moi: je trouve que pour un simple interrupteur fin de course les modifs commencent à être sérieuse. Je continue à suivre l'aventure. Courage regarde ma maxime shadocks.

Cependant, on retrouve l'entrée PC3 qui change d'état comme dans un précédent test. Je pense donc que c'est juste un problème de configuration du firmware. Je t'avoue que je croyais beaucoup dans le test avec le firmware "firmwareV8_fdcZ.srec". tests suivants: détecteur branché sur LV, flasher ce firmware firmwareV9_fdcZ.srec (Anet ET4P-fdc6) et faire les tests habituels (M43 i et M119) + mesure de la tension du signal flasher de nouveau le firmware "firmwareV8_fdcZ.srec", en te branchant sur le connecteur S-Z pour mesurer la tension du signal avec le détecteur ouvert et fermé? EDIT: Salut @gerardm, en parlant de ton imprimante, ça ressemble à quoi une "eclips". Je n'ai trouvé aucune imprimante affublée de ce nom . Alexis bonjour, Si j'ai bien compris ton détecteur fonction par moment et à d'autres non ? J'ai regardé vite fait ton modèle une anet ET4 pro avec un capteur capacitif. C'est bien ça ? J'ai eu imprimante avec un détecteur capacitif. Si par moment ton capteur fonctionne , alors ton problème ne vient pas du firmware et la connexion est correcte . Soit ton problème vient du réglage du capteur (une vis sur le dessus et prévu pour ça), soit tu as un faux contact au niveau câble du signal. Suivant la position du câble, quand la buse se déplace, le contact se fait plus ou moins bien, ce qui perturbe ou annule complètement le signal, d'où le crache de la buse. Pour la vis sur le dessus du capteur, elle sert à étalonner le capteur. Le capteur fonctionne dans une plage de distance définie entre 5 et 8mm. Si la vis est mal réglée, tu peux te retrouver en dehors de cette plage et ton capteur ne fonctionnera pas ou très mal s'il est dans la limite haute ou basse. Modifié (le) Juillet 25, 2022 par medmed

L'étalonnage de celle-ci avec la petite vis a été réalisé avec beaucoup de soin plusieurs fois. Donc toutes ces pistes ne sont manifestement pas à incriminer dans ce problème. Malheureusement, effectivement lors du relachement du fin de course précédemment enfoncé, l'écran passe à l'écran d'annonce MARLIN et redémarre sur l'écran de surveillance . Alexis. Comme tu ne devais pas avoir ce soucis avec le connecteur sur S-Z, est-ce que tu pourrais faire le test en branchant le détecteur sur S-Z après avoir flashé ce firmware (Anet ET4P-fdc7) : firmwareV10_fdcZ.srec Est-ce que tu peux également mesurer la tension du signal? Est-ce que tu as réussi à trouver du 3.3V sur la carte d'extension ou sur la carte-mère comme sur la photo?

Si le détecteur capacitif donne de bons résultats, alors pourrais-tu faire un nouvel essai avec un autre détecteur mécanique où tu aurais ajouté seulement la résistance de 10Kohms (ou dessouder le condensateur du détecteur actuel)? Pour info, les condensateurs céramique de 100nF étaient souvent présents sur les cartes électroniques. Ils sont marqués 104. pommeverte Posté(e) Juillet 26, 2022 Posté(e) Juillet 26, 2022 OK, retour au détecteur mécanique J'ai lu que certains détecteurs de mauvaise qualité pouvait faire court-circuit. Si tu confirmes au multimètre la continuité indiquée en bleue, est-ce qu'au lieu d'appuyer sur le levier, tu peux shunter (avec un tournevis plat par exemple) les pattes Signal et Masse puis enlever le shunt pour voir si l'imprimante redémarre? ATTENTION à ne pas faire de court-circuit entre le 3.3V et la masse !!!
